Who We Are

This is just a little summary about moi, Clive, and what I do.

For the last five years ( having given up the day job in London, and selling the apartment by the river) I moved to a barn conversion here in Normandy, France. What allowed me to do that - fire my bosses etc. - was my getting my head around internet marketing in general and blogging in particular.

Initially, having taught myself web design from scratch, I built sites for other people. Now, apart from a few friends and special clients, I just build and market my own blogs and sites. The fact is that my web design skills are used rarely these days. You don’t need to be a web designer to build a cool blog!

However, I recently started a personalised service to set up blogs for subscribers to my weekly newsletter ( provided they’re hosted with my favorite hosting companies) who aren’t yet as web/blog savvy as myself, realising how steep the learning curve is for some…

Not sure how long I can keep this up though as the blog setup requests are getting a bit out of hand :-)

I still travel to and fro between France and the UK ( and the Greek Islands - my favorite holiday destination) funded purely by my monetized web portfolio.
